THAT THEY MAY BE ONE

We eat the Bread and drink the Wine
We see the cross at Calvary
And marvel at His love divine
Poured out in death for you and me.

We see the Saviour standing there
We see the crowd around Him spread
He offers them the cleansing Wine
And ministers the Living Bread.

We see him in Gethsemene
Ready His mission to fulfill
The bitter cup He drinks for me
Knowing it is His Father's will.

So to His table we have come
Now purified, redeemed, restored
Our hearts at peace, our joy as one
United with our Risen Lord.
