We are a group open to all ladies and at times we let the men in! when we feel it is something that may be of interest to them.

Our meetings give ladies an opportunity to meet in a friendly relaxed atmosphere to hear about a wide range of subjects. Our Speakers and events include:-

• Bob Ogley - was editor of the Sevenoaks Chronicle but became an author as a result of the hurricane which hit this part of Britain in 1987. This occurrence got him involved in becoming an interesting speaker on this subject and many others.
• Jim Howitt - a man who over the years has built up an interesting collection of old snaps and memorabilia of this part of Kent which he talks about with much enthusiasm.
• Barbara Stevens - talks about Downe with a passion.
• Salvation Army on missing people - Craft evenings - Travel talks – Enjoyable musical evenings with The Wandall Handbell ringers.

  We hold our Anniversary Service in November.

Each year we support a local Charity - this year it is The MaypoleProject. We also support BMS World Mission, Home Mission and The Leprosy Mission.
